Do we ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally from London, United Kingdom. Please note however that due to customs procedures in different countries, shipping can take up to 2weeks.

What material is the jewelry made of?

Tarocollection exclusive pieces are made of high quality vintage materials from stainless steel gold tone, stainless steel silver tone, antique gold tone, antique silver tone findings, cotton thread, gemstone, semi precious stones,   rhinestones, pearls etc.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final, due to the bespoke vintage nature of the pieces we do not accept returns. Please see product description. Please note that custom orders are final sale and may not be exchanged.

I received my items damaged, what do i do?

If for some reason you received your item and it was damaged in transit, you can email us at [email protected] and we will help resolve the issue.

Do you expedite shipping if i need it urgently?

If you need your items to be shipped to you with express delivery, please email us at [email protected] and we will let you know if we are able to fulfill your request. All shipping of orders will have a tracking number.
